A first generation entrepreneur, founder-director Vikas Tandon is an IIM-Ahmedabad alumnus with over 20 years' experience in sales, marketing and interactive media. Prior to starting Indigo Consulting, he set-up and led Mudra Interactive, Mudra Communications' interactive and new media division (now Tribal DDB).
Vikas was awarded Digital Media Entrepreneur of the Year at the WAT Awards, 2013. In 2012 and 2013, he was nominated as one of India’s Digital Icons by IMPACT Magazine for contributing to the growth of the digital industry. He has also been a Jury Member for the Digital Creative Abbys at Goafest - India's biggest, most prestigious advertising and marketing festival.
He has spoken at various forums such as the ClickAsia Summit, ISB Leadership Summit, India Digital Summit, WatBlog’s Digital CMO Summit, among others.
Apart from playing a critical role in shaping the future of the digital landscape, Vikas is an accomplished guitarist and singer. The first thing that greets your eye as you walk into his cabin is a giant Dark Side of the Moon poster. Traveling, running, and technology are among his other passions.

With more than 12 years of experience, Saket's expertise runs the spectrum - be it technology, pre-sales, social media, project/account management, and even human resources.
In his role as Business Director – Delhi, Saket captains Indigo Consulting's expansion strategy in the North, bringing in new business, maintaining existing relationships and looking at overall profitability. In the past, he has worked closely with international brands like Coca Cola, Microsoft and Adidas.
Since the last three years, Saket has been a Jury member for NASSCOM's prestigious World Skills Competition. His other passions outside work include progressive rock, comics and blogging.

Sunil Kher is a heavyweight in the marketing business, packing an MBA in Marketing from MET and 15 plus years of work experience in companies like Sify.com, Mid Day, The Times of India Group, Webaroo and DIREM. Having worked on both the brand and agency sides of the business spectrum, he knows the ins and outs of digital marketing.
Sunil has helped Indigo Consulting hit six after six on the digital pitch, bagging clients like Sony TV, Axis Bank, Kalpataru Ltd., Reliance Brands, HUL, Godrej Nature's Basket, South Australia Tourism, and IDFC Mutual Fund.
Outside of the office, Sunil is a gaming fanatic and photography buff. Whether you pick the Xbox, PS3, PSP or Wii, he will beat you hollow, and take a beautiful picture of you faking a winning smile.

Juggling between leadership and management of the technology and delivery team, and managing client relationships, Jyoti ably oversees the timely and to-spec delivery of all of Indigo Consulting's projects.
A PMI Certified Professional (2008-2011), Jyoti held management positions at Geodesic Information Technology and IL&FS, prior to joining Indigo Consulting.
Besides being our resident expert on all things Bollywood, Jyoti is an accomplished dancer. With a degree in Bharatanatyam, she's also a big fan of contemporary dance.

From NASDAQ listed companies to successful start-ups, in his 14 years of working in the field of technology, Mahesh has done it all.
His experience with working on Internet of Things across digital, e-Commerce, media, entertainment, telecommunication, mobile, VAS, travel and education domains, Microsoft technologies as well as a whole bunch of open source and proprietary technologies has rightfully made him the Jack of all trades!
At Indigo, Mahesh leads the technology practice to influence and execute the digital roadmaps of leading corporations in India and abroad which affects lives of millions of people.
Ironically, to escape the boredom of monotony from technology, Mahesh pursued an MBA with a major in finance along with an executive program in General Management from MIT Sloan School of Management. Apart from being a brilliant techie, Mahesh is an amateur photographer and a guitar enthusiast.

Deepak ‘Chuck’ Gopalakrishnan leads our planning team and is our ‘consumer champion’. He has spent 7 years in the digital industry in many roles – sales, business development and strategy development – but what he counts as a bigger credential is his sheer love for the internet, pop culture, human behaviour and technology. A staunch believer in ‘idea first, platform second’ and ‘content is king and targeting is kingmaker’, Deepak strongly believes that the internet offers incredible scope for brands not just to market themselves, but truly find meaning for their consumers.
Having stints at OgilvyOne and Windchimes Communications before Indigo, Deepak has worked across categories, target audiences and platforms and has first-hand seen the evolution of digital advertising grow from being experimental to mainstream. As the planning lead at Indigo, Deepak is looking to ensure each campaign comes with a strong consumer or platform insight and oriented to business objectives. He is also looking at building the Indigo brand image and thought leadership initiatives.
When not putting a presentation together, Deepak has many right-brain interests which include hosting a podcast, cycling, teaching at BSchools, comedy, rock music and backpack travel.
